Tavarus really took the time to really listen to what I was looking for in a potential new property. He helped me project a wants versus needs chart to stay within my budget and then get a fair market value for the home. Tavarus excelled at knowing the market, explaining the process to me in ways that made sense, curbing any near future maintenance issues, and negotiating the fine print in my best interests. I would recommend him to any first time home buyers, seasoned investors and anyone in-between!
