Rob did great with helping us purchase our new home. He was easy to work with, and made our home buying experience a breeze. He gave us advice and guidance the whole way through. Not to mention his side kick KC was adorable ??

Excellent experience that helped to get a good offer within a week.

It was a fun & stress free experience working with Rob Cerveny to sell my house & buy a new one. Besides always being upbeat & brightening my day, he quickly responds to texts, answers all questions, follows through with requests & recommends workers for various repair or paint jobs. Rob is a personable professional who gets quick results. My house sold after the first open house that fifty people went through. I received numerous good offers. Rob is the righr choice for any real estate services & I highly recommend him.

Rob was absolutely amazing! My wife and I were buying our first house and we had tons of questions. Rob explained the purchase process and was there every step of the way to answer every one of our concerns and help us schedule inspections, set us up with a lender and everything! We are so thankful for all of his help

Rob has decades of experience, which was very helpful in closing this transaction. He was always communicative, professional and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the real estate market. He was instrumental in getting the deal done during bumps in the road.
