Horrible experience working with Ms. Agemy. She acted more like the agent for the buyers, not us the sellers. There were no bats in the attic and that issue was remedied by the sellers, for the buyers. There was no sale by Ms. Agemy as she stated. The buyers (that she advocated for) simply could not get funded, as they were attempting to purchase more house than they could afford. The sellers did allow the buyers additional time to get funded, but they were turned away by 3 different lenders. The sellers did offer an extension, with the stipulation that if the buyers were not able to get funded within the extension period they would then forfeit their Deposit. Ms. Agemy stated in an e-mail to the sellers that she believed 100% that we (the sellers) should receive the buyers deposit for the additional time and expenses caused by the delay due to the buyers inability to get funded. Ms. Agemy did not offer any solutions. When the buyers couldn't secure funding, Ms. Agemy stated we had 2 options: Relist the house or pull it off the market. We (the sellers) offered 2 very specific solutions, but both agents (buyers and sellers agents) refused the terms that were laid out. Check out the wonderful agent who actually sold our home, for $25K more than the faux sale Ms. Agemy claims to have made.

Kim was extremely knowledgeable. She was very patient with answering all of my questions. Kim was very prompt, efficient, and accurate when handling other realtors and mortgage brokers. She was very caring and helped make this move as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend her!

Kim Agemy was the worst realtor we have ever worked with. She neglected her due diligence and ended up wasting our time and money. All she talked about was her 25 years of experience that did not help her sell my house. We had to hire another agent that sold in 3 days with 10 day closing and 25k more than Kim Agemys listed price.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. very good listener and inquisitive. She did an extensive market analysis. This helped us quickly to determine the best selling price. I would recommend Kim very highly.
