"I was very fortunate (in this troubled market) to sell my house at my price in a short period of time. (14 days after broker agreement) I believe there were two reasons why the deal went quickly and smoothly: one the house is big and showed well with great canyon exposure. (not many like it in Park Village) secondly and most importantly , I had an agent working for me that understood the value of the property and found a buyer that was the right fit."

" I have to say that I didn't know much about buying a house because I was a first time home buyer. Alvin was great, and answered all my questions which were a lot without hesitation. Once he knew what I was looking for it didn't take too long for him to find me the perfect house. I love the house and consider Alvin a friend also. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of the right tools and the right Realtor to make things happen."
