As first-time home buyers, Deanna was the perfect agent for us! There aren't enough words to express her level of patience, grace, expertise, and attention to detail. Through our barrage of questions comments, concerns, tearful phone calls, and a gazillion listings Deanna was a rock. Her knowledge about the area that we were looking as well as her ties within that community put us at ease as we searched for a new home. She negotiated our offer with a rather difficult seller with poise and precision and we could not be happier with the results.

Deanna was amazing! She helped us through the process of buying our first home, and was far more patient and supportive than we deserved. Overall, Deanna is incredibly competent and efficient. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure that we found it. We wanted to take some extra time for thorough inspections, and she helped us get all the information we needed with her deep network of inspectors and contractors. As a first-time home buyer, finding a realtor can be a bit overwhelming. I spent 7 years hoping and dreaming to become a homeowner, which was a bit of a challenge here in the Bay Area on a single income.After reading Deannas reviews and following her listings I knew I wanted to work with her. She was very patient with me as a first-time home buyer. She is responsive and is looking to build a relationship with her clients. We ended up making an offer on the first house we saw, beating out 4 other offers, and were able to close early!!! I can highly recommend Deanna, she is thoughtful and trustworthy. The next house I buy or sell I hope to work with her again.
