EXP Realty

Ray helped me when I wasn't sure how to navigate buying and then selling my first home. His expertise coupled with his willingness to spend time with me until I understood completely what options I had. This relieved my fears and got me into the home I wanted and out of another one. I talk to him whenever I have real estate questions before I talk to anyone else.

Our selling experience was the worst experience in my life. If it weren't for Ray, we would have had a fun family trip with a homicidal theme. The guy buying our house couldn't get his paperwork or money together. We could never get in touch with his agent. Ray was the light and professional touch we needed to get the opponent to comply with his contract. It took an additional week to close our house. If not for Ray, we would have been housed in prison for losing our patience.

Informative and helpful and responsive .to my questions . Regarding listings . And added further info as listed.would contact in future .inquirys and possible purchase.

Ray knows all about real estate and is deducted to his customers! He is quick to answer any questions you may have and really listens to what you are asking him for when it comes to a home.

We contacted ray a few years ago when we first moved to Arizona. We decided to wait on buying but vowed to contact Ray when we were ready. We decided the time was right and contacted him again. Ray was honest and very knowledgeable about the current market. With Rays help we were able to purchase our home with ease. Ray was always available to answer questions when needed. I would highly recommend Ray to anybody looking to buy a home!
