Cathy was awesome from the start! We called her when we were looking to buy and immediately she was off and running to setup showings the same day. She has contacts everywhere, has tremendous knowledge of the market, and truly acts as a champion for her clients. During our first walk through of the house we purchased, she predicted our final purchase price within $3k (which was almost $75k below the list price). When the sellers agent pushed back on our first offer, she researched and provided the data necessary to justify a lower a cost, which I am confident played a major part in us getting a better deal. During a day full of five showings, our 3 year old son lost his lovey and couldnt remember where ??????? Cathy and Dan drove all over town until they found his stuffed animal and hand delivered it to him with a tale of the adventures it had that day; she just goes above and beyond! Seriously stop looking; you wont find anyone who will work harder or be a more knowledgeable advocate for you. ????
