eXp Realty - The Schrader Group

It was our first time selling a house and the Schrader Group could not have made it easier to do! Especially our realtor, Carolyn Cole!! We received multiple offers on our house in just 5 days of it being on the market and accepted an offer over list price. She went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and thoroughly walked us through the selling process. If I ever need a realtor in the future or if anyone I know needs a realtor, Mrs. Cole will be the first call I make!

RaAol and his team did an amazing job with the sale of our home. From the first meeting to the day of closing the team was responsive and professional. Our home sold in 5 days, they did a beautiful job with pictures and staging our home. We recommend the Schrader team completely .

Everyone was so friendly with us every step of the way! We are so thankful to be in a new home and for the process to have been so smooth and carefree. It couldnt have been an easier transition. 10/10 recommend!

Francesca went above and beyond what any realtor has ever done for me. To say my case was a difficult one is an understatement! She was kind, smart, and a fighter in my corner the entire time! I'm an so grateful she and Raul represented me!

Raul and Francesca have definitely set the bar. They not only delivered on what they promised but they exceeded our expectations. They listed our house and got under contract within 2 weeks of listing. We had to out of state during closing and they setup a notary for us and the closing went smoothly. We are just impressed with their level of professionalism and communication.
