My wife and I bought our first house with Lori earlier this year. Being both out of state and first-time buyers, it was great to have an agent who knew the local area so well, and able to zero in on what we were looking for so quickly. In a single day, we were able to see a huge number of houses - Lori lined them all up back to back to make the most of our limited time in Auburn - and had an offer accepted the next. I appreciated that, knowing what would be a good for for us, Lori was able to cut down our list very quickly - making a decision was so much easier with the "probably ok, but not great" options firmly off the table. Having her honest opinion was very valuable to us. As a minor detail that I wouldn't have thought about beforehand, it was also great to drive around in the same car (some people have you drive separately), since she was able to share lots of local knowledge and context for us out-of-towners.
