exp Realty - Scranton

Alexsis is amazing!!!! She is very professional and knowledgeable. She was a constant support, always answering questions it didn't matter the time of day. She found me the perfect home and made my process smooth. You will not regret choosing Alexsis as your agent !!!!!

We honestly weren't sure what to expect when we got matched with a realtor through Zillow. We were a bit skeptical about the contract and unsure if we'd truly "click" with someone. But from the moment we spoke with Alexsis, that changed. She immediately made us feel comfortable, listened to what we needed, and never made us feel pressured. Even after the Zillow contract expired, we chose to stick with her--and that ended up being one of the best decisions we made. Alexsis is just one of those people who gets it. She's kind, warm, incredibly professional, and ridiculously knowledgeable. She knows all the behind-the-scenes details that most people don't even think about and was always a step ahead--whether it was strategy, paperwork, timelines, or things to watch out for. What really stood out was how available and responsive she was. Anytime we had questions (and we had a lot), she was there. She never made us feel like a bother--if anything, she made us feel like we were her top priority. She became our go-to person for everything. She even had great recommendations--from lenders to inspectors--and her network made the process so much smoother. Alexsis truly went above and beyond for us. We never felt like just another client--she genuinely cared and had our backs every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better guide through this whole process, and we're so thankful we found her. If you're looking for someone who's not only amazing at what she does but also a genuinely good person, Alexsis is the one. She's the kind of realtor you want by your side.

Mi experiencia con massiell fue excelente, porque es una persona muy profeccinal con su trabajo principalmente con su puntualidad y tambien esta pendiente para contestar cualquier inquietud y aparte de eso tambien si puede ayudar para relsolver tambien lo hace .

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Without her help I don't think we would ever find a house for us! Alexsis is everything you can ask for and then some. Was able to talk me down from the edge a few times during the process. Highly recommend! And enjoyed the goodie bags left for us at the house, truly remarkable.

Alexsis was very helpful throughout the process with a great team of resources on bench. Fast, easy to work with, personable and aligns with what you're trying to do
