EXP Realty

Being a first time homebuyer, Shannon Dodge put my mind at ease throughout the entire process, set expectations and provided me with each step looked like starting at the preapproval process and to final closing. Shannon took the time to understand what my needs were and helped determine the best options based on location, functionality of the home and price point. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and highly recommend her.

Great communication. Worked hard to sell my home for the best outcome. Kept me updated with every step of the process. Took the stress off my shoulders to make it seamless. Has contacts to use for things such as junk removal and cleaning. Would definitely use them again to buy my next home or sell another home. Would refer them to family and friends.

KEEGAN WAS THE BEST! She always returned my calls promptly and calls me with questions and answers. Kinda felt we were always on the same page. Will miss her and her team!

Has developed a modern approach to marketing that most others do not seem to understand at the level the Penrose team does. Good people skills and knowledge of the product and how to work it. Would definitely recommend this team. They do get results .

My experience with Jason and Patricia was Great!, I had another realtor for 6 months and one offer was not that great the second offer one week before closing they got denied. With Patricia in the second week we got an offer. Patricia is very experienced in this field very nice lady and I love her energy. Thank you Jason and his team.
