I met Debbie over a phone call. I was in Florida and wanted to sell my house in NY. I loved her from our 1st conversation, we just clicked. When we went to NY she sat down with my husband and me. We both loved her and felt very confident with her expertise and knowledge of the market. She's a great communicator, made us feel very comfortable with the whole process, it was seamless. I have already highly suggested her to help a couple of my friends.

Debbie did a fantastic job in finding me a house based on my requirements. Also, helped me out with recommendations on home inspectors. Was very thorough with checking the house with me and ensuring everything around the house works well. Would definitely recommend having her as your real estate agent.

Debbie is amazing!! We found a house and listed my house shortly after, and sold my house in 7 days after the listing!! I was so nervous too, a house one street over listed a week before I listed mine, it was bigger, had a bigger garage, bigger yard and 2 full baths compared to just my one. It was priced almost 50k more than me. Finding a right price for my home was tricky for me to figure out but Debbie really em helped and explained why and how we found the perfect price to list. And man was she right!! My house sold in 7 days, went for much more than what we listed it for as well. AND more than what the house a street over went for, and they had open houses (we didnt) and that house had to lower their price 2xs and it even sold for less that what I got for mine!! Cant say I wasnt happy a little about that since it totally stressed me out the whole week my house was doing walk thrus. Debbie has also been with me to find and buy my new home and weve found my dream property!! Also after dodging a bullet on a property I first wanted and she wanted inspections which we got and they failed all 3 major inspections!! Them about a month later we found a house that I almost had to walk away from but Debbie was able to work with the selling agent to find an agreement that worked well for both the seller and me!! I couldnt be more than happy with her and her team!! I will be recommending her to everyone who is selling or buying a home!!

Going with Debbies to represent me in the sale of my home was by far the best decision I couldve made. From the first time she walked through my house until I went and signed the papers, Debbie was by my side, answering any and all questions I had. Debbie made sure that everything was taken care of when we had showings, communicating with me throughout the entire process from placing it on the market until I signed the papers selling it to the new owners. Everything was seamless. I cannot say enough about how comfortable she made me. We sold my house for over asking and I had multiple offers to go through before deciding on the one we went with if I ever decided to move again or know anyone who wanted to sell their home I would recommend and use Debbie time and time again!!
