We found a home of interest through a Zillow search that, unfortunately, sits 12 hours from where we currently live. We had an experience that was comprehensive enough to make an informed decision. We knew the home was for us and Matt helped us submit an offer and negotiate details, which the seller accepted. Throughout the process, he communicated well, made great recommendations for local professionals (inspection, etc.), and kept us informed every step of the way. Closing was online and we weren't able to drive down and take possession of the keys for about a week, but Matt went above and beyond to ensure the home was secure until we arrived.
