Exp Realty

My wife and I are new to the home buying process and Charles eased all of our concerns by going above and beyond from start to finish. He was very attentive to our needs and made himself readily available for any questions that we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Charles has exceptional communication skills, dedicated, helpful, and responsive. We secured our home below the asking price of the seller due to Charless superb negotiation skills. If youre looking to buy a home in Texas, hes your man.

Charles was incredibly helpful. He found a bunch of great houses in our budget, and ultimately when we decided to go with a new construction, he was a great resource to have when communicating with the builder.

Charles was absolutely amazing to work with while building our first home. We cant speak highly enough of our experience with him. He was thorough, proactive, honest, and very professional. Our home building process took a bit longer than initially expected, but throughout it all Charles made sure to keep us informed and encouraged along the way. It is rare to work with someone who has the ability to make you feel like you are a priority, but that is exactly what he did for us. Charles definitely has clients for life! We are forever grateful. Thank you!

Charles is amazing and we will definitely require his services when we are looking for our next home. He equipped us with all the tools and knowledge to make sound decisions throughout what can be a very stressful process.
