We received great, professional, and caring service throughout our entire experience. Within less than a month of searching, we were able to find our new home while successfully selling our previous one in Fresno, CA. Patty and Amir Dehlan handled every step of the buying and selling process, making everything smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. They truly are the perfect duo when it comes to finding your dream home and selling your current home with zero struggles. They went above and beyond to make this experience positive, providing excellent guidance along the way and always responding promptly to any questions we had. We couldnt have asked for a better team and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Amir Dehlan did an outstanding job assisting with the sale of our condo. He was professional and attentive during the whole real estate transaction. We appreciated his knowledge and professionalism from start to finish. We would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a property.

I had the pleasure of working with Amir Dehlan to sell my fathers home, which needed quite a bit of care and attention. Since I was managing everything from across the country, I truly appreciated how much support he gave me throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help get the house ready for sale and always kept me updated. His professionalism, patience, and understanding made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. In the end, he was able to secure a fair price for the property, and I'm very grateful for his guidance and dedication. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home, especially in challenging circumstances.
