eXp Realty, Raleigh, NC

We had such a great experience working with Carolyn. We decided to sell our house, called Carolyn, had a no-pressure meeting and three weeks later put our home on the market. Three days later, Carolyn brought us several offers, she helped us respond to the offers, the next thing I know, we were saying YES to an offer $10k over our asking price. She even helped us find our rental home. Great service! We have already contacted her to watch the area we want to build our next home. Stop waisting time, Call Carolyn today! She is simply the best.

Carolyn is your biggest advocate in this housing market! She was on the ball with every little detail following up and communicating frequently. She was completely unflappable to what other real estate agents saw as overwhelming obstacles . Carolyn truly listens and is incredibly knowledgeable. I felt safe with her fighting for our best deal. Even after the sale, Carolyn continues to be our advocate and an invaluable housing resource. I will recommend Carolyn from the rooftops to all I encounter.

As a first time home buyer, working with Carolyn was truly such a great experience. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient. She took what can be a stressful process and made it feel manageable and I always felt that she was so positive and looking out for our best interest. What I appreciated most about Carolyn was the trust I felt with her. She was honest about expectations, reassuring if anything felt overwhelming and was so helpful when explaining the process every step of the way. She was always willing to answer any question or talk through a decision without any pressure. I genuinely feel that she cared about us finding the right home and not just closing a deal. Carolyn is an agent you want in your corner and would absolutely work with her again.

Carolyn Nord is the absolute BEST!!! She sees you more than a client or customer, she builds relationships with you. She shares what I called pearls of wisdom/tiny nuggets of what she is seeing, hearing and experiencing firsthand in the housing market. She is very patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Regardless of the time it takes you to find, qualify and or purchase your next home, she recognizes this is your journey and she is there with you every step of the way guiding you down the path to your new home. She can share with you her wealth of contacts to help you during the process whether you are buying or selling your home so you can get one step closer to meeting your goal!!! Thank you, Carolyn, for pouring your knowledge and investing your time, efforts and energy in all of us.

Carolyn is great to work with. She is very thorough and makes sure you are informed on everything you need to know as you go through the process. She is very responsive to any questions that come up along the way, and she is the absolute best!
