Before working with Elizabeth, I tried selling my co-op myself for about six months as a For Sale By Owner. I had a few showings, but nothing serious came of it. I was honestly hesitant to bring in a realtor because I assumed I wouldnt get much attention and that agents are usually juggling a lot of clients. Elizabeth completely changed that perception. From our first meeting she was clear, structured, and very knowledgeable about the process. She walked me through pricing, expectations, and the strategy for listing the apartment with her teammates. The photographer she brought in did a phenomenal job. They captured beautiful photos of the building, including aerial shots and common areas, and staged my unit in a way that really highlighted the space and made it feel inviting to potential buyers. The presentation alone elevated the listing. And the results spoke for themselves. We held the first open house and received an offer at asking the very next day. And were in contract not long after. Elizabeth was also very proactive behind the scenes. She communicated directly with members of my co-op board to help streamline things and make sure the process kept moving.
