Exp Realty - Pillsbury Properties

April did an outstanding job understanding our needs, budget, and advocating for us as buyers every step of the way. April is friendly, professional, and responsive.

We had a great experience working with our realtor. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we always felt informed about what was happening and what the next steps would be. Whenever we had questions, they either had the answers right away or knew exactly who we could contact to get the information we needed. They were very responsive, professional, and helpful from beginning to end. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone who communicated clearly and stayed on top of everything made the process much easier for us. We also appreciated having access to reliable contacts whenever inspections, paperwork, or other issues came up. Overall, we felt supported throughout the entire home-buying process and never felt like we were left trying to figure things out on our own. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable realtor.

April did spectacular work both as a sellers agent and as a buyers agent. On the seller side, April helped me stage my home, set me up with a professional photographer, created a great listing, and handled the showings and sale with skill and professionalism. On the buyers side, April went above and beyond to coordinate and negotiate with a less-responsive selling team and made a difficult process much smoother. Id recommend April to anyone, buying or selling. She can do it all!

April was amazing from the first conversation we had. Within 24 hours of speaking for the first time, we were viewing the property I had set my hopes upon. During the viewing - April was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the house, the area and options that were available to me. Apart from Aprils fantastic skill as an agent, she is very personable and always has a smile on her face. Since closing we have remained in contact - she has been an amazing resource which has been invaluable moving to a new area. I highly recommend April for all your real estate needs!

April made the whole process so easy and transparent. We sold and bought a new home in a month. It was amazing. We love her approach and how she lists the property. She breaks down everything from start to finish.
