We honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Cory! From the very beginning of the home buying process all the way through closing, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Cory was always there to answer our questions, give us honest and helpful advice, and most importantly, negotiate on our behalf every step of the way. We always felt like he had our best interests in mind and was truly fighting to get us the best deal possible. Our home-buying process definitely had its challenges, especially when our closing was unexpectedly delayed. During what was an extremely stressful situation, Cory was constantly working behind the scenes, pushing for solutions and doing everything he could to keep the process moving forward. He never made us feel like we were dealing with everything alone, and having someone in our corner made such a huge difference. Cory also went out of his way to connect us with people who were knowledgeable about state grant programs. Because of that connection, we were able to take advantage of assistance that helped us get an even better deal on our home. That is something we are incredibly grateful for and probably would not have known about without his help. And even after we officially closed, Cory continued to go above and beyond. There were quite a few items left behind in the house by the previous owner, and instead of simply saying that closing was the end of his job, he actually came out and helped us move a bunch of those items. That really showed us the kind of person Cory is. Buying our first home was a huge milestone for us, and we feel incredibly lucky that we had Cory by our side through the entire process. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, responsive, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping us get into our home. We would absolutely recommend Cory to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We are so grateful for everything he did for us and for going far beyond what we ever expected!

Shannon was AMAZING! I found her off of Facebook because I could tell she was genuine, sweet, kind, and that she would fight for exactly what our family wanted! And she did JUST that! Were now in a beautiful ranch style home that checked off everything on house buying list & more! Not only did we get a new house , but now I have a forever friend!!

Enrique was an amazing realtor, buying my first home was a huge milestone for me, and having someone so supportive and trustworthy by my side made such a difference. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything came together and that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

Above and beyond is the best way to describe working with Enrique. No question or concern was too small and the knowledge of the process was outstanding. We were listened to and directed with our best interests in mind. We could not have asked for better experience. Enrique helped us buy our new home in September 2026.

As a first-time homebuyer, Heather was very informative in throughout the homebuying process. She was very thorough in explaining the paperwork involved at each step of the process. She was very responsive to our needs and concerns while viewing homes, and quick to schedule showings for us. She and her team streamlined our homebuying process immensely, and I would highly recommend working with Heather to purchase a home!
