Anastacia Narayan is the BEST. She was extremely helpful,professional, open,transparent, knowledgeable, reliable, thorough and great to work with through the whole process. Anastacia was absolutely amazing throughout my first time home buying process. I had hit a lot of road blocks trying to get pre approved and almost gave up; she motivated me to keep trying and it finally happened!She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and kept me in the loop with every step. She worked around my schedule 100% which was so appreciated!Anytime I contacted her, (which was A LOT), she got back to me within minutes. She is definitely someone you want to have in your corner during this process. It can be stressful and confusing and she was there to answer every and any question I had. She stayed on top of everybody that was involved in the process to make sure I was able to get into my home as quickly as possible.I cannot thank her enough! I really thought, in this market, this experience was going to be awful; Anastacia made it so easy and positive.

Ive worked over a year to place a home on my property so that my aging parents could live next to me. The whole experience was so trying, with exception to selling my parents original home. I had reached out to and interviewed 3 realtors. We had selected eXp Realty due to the impression that Juan Delgado had made. Juan is so knowledgeable with all aspects of listing a home, and was able to list the home right away. Within three days we had accepted an offer. Thirty days later, the house closed. Juan made it extremely simple by doing all the work, including the staging of the home with virtual view. The only thing that my parents needed to do was sign the papers. I will continue to highly recommend Juan. If the situation arises again, I will definitely seek Juans support.

Juan and his team handled for listing and sale impeccably. We really appreciated his market knowledge and communication skills. Interest rates were spiking and three times the normal number of houses came on the market when ours did, but Juan was able to find the perfect buyer for the house. I have no reservations in recommending Juan to anyone.
