eXp Realty of Southern California, Inc

Working with Zach as our real estate agent was an incredible experience. Over the course of more than a year, Zach patiently guided us through every step of buying our first home. He even took the time to host a Zoom session to educate us about the entire buying process, which was extremely helpful. Even before we were fully ready to buy, Zach toured homes with us to help us better understand what we wanted in our ideal home. He was always available to answer even the simplest questions that came to mind, and he was willing to get on a phone call any day to discuss things in more detail. When the time came, he worked tirelessly to get our very first offer accepted. His dedication didnt stop thereaEUR"Zach went above and beyond to make sure the transition into our new home was seamless, including recommending and arranging services for necessary repairs. We couldnt have asked for a more supportive, knowledgeable, and hardworking agent. If you're looking to buy your dream home, we highly recommend Zach!

I was forced to sell my townhouse due to health issues. It was a difficult decision but I was very fortunate to have Zach who was amazing throughout the process and went above and beyond. I even increased his commission to account for his hard work (I had to go behind his back to do so because I knew he would refuse otherwise). I would strongly recommend Zach to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Zach helped us buy our first home! He demonstrated wide knowledge about the local areas we are interested in. He was persistent in sending us places to review, and appropriately adjusted his recommendations based on our pricing and preferences. He was very knowledgeable about the financial and closing process and was able to walk us through each step. He's a great realtor for a first-time home buyer and I would certainly recommend him to our friends and family.

Zach did an amazing job with selling my home! He was present every step of the way and was very helpful to ensure my home looked its very best! Zach also worked quickly to help me find a condo that suited my needs. He was receptive in answering all of my questions. I'm so happy I chose the right man to get me through these sometimes daunting tasks. Thank you so much Zach!!

Zach was the agent we used to find and purchase a home in the Clairemont area of San Diego. We moved from Seattle, so we were clueless about the rules, laws, and ways of transacting business in California. Zach was a lifesaver, assuredly guiding us when we asked for and needed help, and giving us time to mull over decisions when it was called for. We bought the home from a flipper (Id avoid purchasing from a flipper in the future) but Zach kindly and patiently guided us through the difficulties. He was particularly empathetic when we were about at the end of our rope. Highly recommend for his real estate expertise, and for his excellence at being a kind human.
