Amazing Experience! Chad is the best! I honestly can't imagine buying our first home without him. He made everything so much easier, cutting through all the complexity. Not only super professional, but also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. It's clear he knows what he's doing and has a ton of experience. We always felt taken care of, and he was on top of everything all the time! It was a pleasure working with him, and I'll definitely reach out when we're ready to buy again. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home 100%!

Chad is an Amazing Realtor! We have just him in our last two sales, and he has consistently proven to be highly professional in all aspects. With his years of experience and knowledge, he is trusted in his evaluation and opinion on different paths depending on the current market variations. Chad continually goes well above the requirements of a realtor and truly has the buyers interest in mind. He is truly an Asset and would recommend him for any future endeavors! Thank you

Chad Basinger was a great choice when we sold our house in Rancho Bernardo and moved to the Midwest. We moved out, and Chad took care of everything getting the house ready for sale. In the end we were very pleased with the sale price. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in guiding us through this process. We recommend him enthusiastically.

Chad was a pleasure to work with from preparing our house for photography, getting us ready to go on the market, executing contracts, managing offers, keeping up with deadlines and ensuring a smooth closing. His expertise especially shines during negotiations. Our home selling experience was stress-free with Chad! He went above and beyond and I highly recommend working with Chad for all your home buying and selling needs!

Chad continues to be our resource in San Diego. This was our third transaction using Chad (sold two and bought one) and it went flawless. Thank you Chad.
