eXp Realty of Southern California, Inc.

We trusted Deanna Vela and knew she would be our agent after the first showing. She understood what we were looking for and targeted properties accordingly. After just three meetings, we found the home of our dreams. The escrow process was smooth and she did a great job of negotiating for us. We highly recommend Fitness Realtors and Deanna, if you want a realtor you can trust. No pressure, straightforward integrity and caring. Thank you Deanna!

Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and consistently asks the right questions, which shows he truly understands the space at a high level. Throughout our interactions, it was clear that he brings both experience and a thoughtful approach to every conversation. Communication with Daniel was always smooth, efficient, and professional, making the entire process easy to navigate. He is responsive, clear in his expectations, and open to collaboration, which made working together a positive experience. Even in situations where adjustments were needed, he handled everything with professionalism and respect. It?s rare to come across someone who combines strong expertise with such an easygoing and cooperative working style. Overall, Daniel is someone I would gladly work with again and confidently recommend to others looking for a reliable and knowledgeable professional in this space.

Deanna and Daniel are the best, as are their assistants ! They worked so hard to help us find the perfect house! We loved working with them and it felt like we were friends right from the start! They and their assistants were truly amazing!

Deanna and her team are absolutely amazing. When gave her the situation I was faced with, she immediately jumped into action to ensure my home was getting the views required to make a sale. Professional, informative, and just completely the best experience possible. Thank You Deanna and everyone at Fitness Realty!!!!

We are so glad we chose Deanna as our real estate agent. She is incredibly dedicated. Although she is a top agent on Zellow and handles many cases every day, she never misses a call from us and always responds promptly. When we encountered language barriers, she would ask a friend for help to ensure we understood every step. We will definitely continue to use her for our future home purchases and highly recommend her services.
