Alan was professional and personable from day one when we hired him to help us find our second home in Palm Desert. I used Zillow's service to connect with a realtor when I had initial questions about an investment property I was interested in, and I asked for photos. I was linked to Carlos, and I am so grateful for this connection. From the start, Carlos has been extremely responsive. He answers all of my calls and texts, he has visited numerous properties for me since I live out of the area, has provided me with dozens of excellent photos and videos, and ensures he inspects every inch of a property on my behalf. The best is that he is 100% honest in his opinions and will not risk your money if he feels a property is overpriced or not in good condition for the price point. I was able to meet with Carlos when I was in the area, and we spent days together visiting properties and making offers until one was accepted. We are in escrow now, and Carlos has done the lion's share of the work while I am back home and away from the site. Carlos is extremely nice, very understanding about all local issues/laws/trends, and he has been an absolute joy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone reach out to Carlos for their real estate needs. It is so wonderful knowing that if I ever want to buy or sell in the Coachella Valley again (fingers crossed!), I have an amazing realtor in Carlos. 10/10 service, all around.

Susanna helped us in a difficult situation due to a job change that required us to move immediately to another state. She put the house on the market at the beginning of the summer in the Coachella Valley which is not an ideal time to sell. She completed multiple showings and secured a buyer in less than four months! Yes, for full disclosure, this is my daughter but business is different than family and I would recommend Susanna to the highest degree!
