David is amazing. From coming to my home to see how he could assist me with the sale of my home and giving me so much information and helping me understand the market to keeping in contact with me while traveling. Ultimately I did not sale my home but made a friend and some great stories! I say use him! He will not disappoint.

David helped us prepare our home to be sold and when it was time to sell David sold our home less than a week! Thank you so much for all your advice and help!

I had the pleasure of working with David Powell as my realtor, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service he provided. From start to finish, David demonstrated a high level of professionalism and competence. He was consistently punctual, ensuring that all appointments were met and that I received all necessary documents in a timely manner. One aspect that truly stood out was David's dedication to addressing my questions and concerns. He patiently took the time to review and explain every document I needed to sign, ensuring I fully understood the process. His expertise and knowledge in structuring an offer that would be accepted were invaluable. Thanks to his guidance, I submitted an offer that was accepted, making the home-buying process smooth and efficient. Communication with David was effortless. He was always prompt in responding to my text messages, which made the entire experience stress-free. His promptness and attentiveness truly made me feel valued as a client. Ultimately, I purchased the first home I viewed, and I attribute much of that success to David's expertise and guidance. The entire experience was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend David Powell as a realtor. If you're looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and reliable realtor, David is the one to trust.

David was very helpful selling our dad's house following his passing. David had to travel 3 hours each way to hold an open house and to meet with inspectors and contractors. I highly recommend.

Buying our first house could not have been easier. Scott is truly outstanding. We came into this process knowing nothing, and Scott helped us navigate every aspect with excellence. He kept an open and constantly available line of communication, answered every single question, even spent an entire day driving hours to show us houses in the foothills. There is no chance that Scott doesnt love his job, and its been an amazing experience to work with him. Wish I could give more stars but 5 is the max.
