I inherited 20 acres of farmland a few years ago. When I decided to sell it, I contacted Steve and Kelly. They were very helpful right off the bat. As offers came in they explained all of the benefits and possible problems with each one. Anytime I tried to contact them, I got a quick and clear response. In the end, we had a very smooth and successful sale. I highly recommend them to you.

My family and I had an amazing experience working with Steve and Kelly McCarthy. From the very start, they set clear expectations and made the entire process completely hassle-free. They listened to what we wanted, stayed firmly within our budget, and checked off every single one of our necessities. When it came down to it, they negotiated hard on our behalf and absolutely exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful move an incredibly pleasant experience. I cant thank them enough and highly recommend them.

Kelly and Steve made the selling process so easy. Kelly took the time to answer every question I had (even the silly ones). They listened and were responsive without delay. I highly recommend Kelly and Steve for your selling or buying needs! Stellar level for real estate needs!
