eXp Realty of California, Inc.

I worked with Anna Chi Huang with Superior Realty Group at EXP Realty as first time home buyer in Elk Grove. She made it a wonderful experience from beginning to end and I will definitely choose to work with her again for future real estate ventures. She was able to answer all my questions and needs in a timely fashion which was a lot since this was my first home. In addition, Anna has great connections with other professionals that assisted in my buying process (Loan officer, home inspection, structural inspections, etc) which facilitated the entire process. She surprised me with housewarming gifts which I am very grateful for. I am totally happy with my home and everything that Anna has provided! Definitely 6 stars rating if I could :)

It has been a great joy to work with Anna Chi Huang in the sale of my parent's property in Sacramento. From beginning to closing she has been there every step of the way. She was knowledgeable in answering all our questions and gave great tips for preparing the home for sale. I was not able to be there to support my parents, but Anna was always there to help them. Anna helped my parents understand the inspection report and helped us resolve issues found in the home inspection. She provided her valuable advice and helped my parents find a very reasonable contractor for repairs. Anna has extensive remodeling experience and very hands on in assisting my parents with repair work. She is also very patient with my elderly parents questions and has been great to talk to. I think it's always easy when you don't run into issues selling your property, but Anna stands out in how she is able to help us navigate a unexpected or stressful situation during the closing period. She was there when it counted the most. Since I lived too far to help my parents, she often went above and beyond to aid them in the repair and preparation work. I don't think we could have completed the necessary discovery repairs in time for closing if it was not for Anna's guidance and help. It has been a great and joyful experience working with Anna. If you are looking for someone to buy or sell, look for Anna Chi Huang with eXp Realty and Superior Realty Group.

I cant thank Anna and her team enough for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication in selling my home. Their thoughtful strategy and expert guidance resulted in an outcome that exceeded my expectations. My home sold within just 10 days, with multiple offers at the asking price. The entire process and transaction were smooth, efficient, and pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend Anna and her team, and I would definitely work with them again if I ever need to sell another home.

We first met Anna in 2021 when she helped us purchase our first investment property. Five years later, we unfortunately had a very difficult tenant situation and needed help. Even though this was long after our original purchase, Anna was still there for us. She guided us through the eviction process, helped us understand what to do, and gave us a lot of support during a very stressful time. When we finally decided to sell the property, we immediately asked Anna to help us again. She prepared the home for the market, handled everything professionally, and sold our property within just one week of putting it on the market. What we appreciate most about Anna is that she didnt just help us buy and sell a house. She stayed by our side throughout the whole journey, even years after our original purchase. Whenever we had questions or problems, she was always willing to help. We are very grateful for everything Anna has done for us over the past five years. She is experienced, responsible, trustworthy, and truly cares about her clients. We feel very lucky to have met her and would highly recommend Anna Chi Huang to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
