Michael made selling our home a stressless experience. He met all of our needs in terms of scheduling the open house and viewing requests after the open houses. He was very profession and respectful of the fact we were still living in our home and honoring our request to keep the house clean and limit the number of simultaneous tours. He was always present as well. He was extremely transparent in presenting offers and helping us evaluate each offer given mortgage approvals and cash down payments. His communication was very important to us and he never fell short in that area.

He also answered any questions we had about them or would get us the relevant info we inquired about more detail on the house so we could be fully informed when looking at places with more interest. He always had our best interest in mind and never wanted to present anything different than what we wanted to sellers. There was never pressure to put in offers when we went to look at houses, so we never felt rushed in making our choice. He's also a genuinely nice and pleasant guy, and considering you're usually spending several hours a week with or interacting with your realtor, it certainly helps to enjoy those times socially. Ultimately we ended up with a house that we love and a looking/buying process that was straightforward and smooth. Considering how stressful the process can be, we were very glad to be working with him.
