I enjoyed working with Carmen. She was a lovely person and very personable. I was doing the home sale remotely and she was an invaluable asset to me and always very responsive. She met with several utility companies for final meter reads and even contracted me a plumber to do a last minute install of backflows. It was a relief to know I was in such good hands. The property had a lot of deferred maintenance but it was showcased in such a way that showed buyers its possibility to shine. I always felt like she was working hard for me and I would definitely recommend her.
