eXp Realty, LLC

Aaron was absolutely amazing defiantly recommend him. When looking for places I would send him address of homes I liked. He informed me on how to check if it was in a good safe area or not He kept me up to date of the process, how it was proceeding, and if there were any documents I missed in the emails. Made the process so simple ,easy and worry free. He was so knowledgeable of the Reno and Sparks area where I was looking. He definitely went above and beyond a normal realtor, (who just wants to make a profit) and made sure what I was looking for, was found. I found my forever home with his help. So amazing.

Aaron is the best, I'm so happy he was my realtor!!! He was available at all hours and 7 days a week. Unlike the two other realtors I interviewed, he fully understood the value and quality of the remodel that had been done. He really knows homes. Each day that the condo was listed prior to accepting an offer, he added additional marketing tactics to reach more buyers. And I got two offers in just 5 days! One full price, and the second over asking. If you want to deal with a confident realtor who really treats his work like a business instead of a casual side hustle, go with Aaron Coombs.

We cant say enough good things about our realtor! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish and so attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the entire process as smooth as possible. He sold our place in just a few days! We are beyond happy with our experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Truly an outstanding realtor!

Need a problem-solving, hard-working realtor? Aaron Coombs of LPT Realty is the realtor for you! His approach is professional, non-pressuring and focused. We needed to sell a relative's house in Sparks, NV...the caveat being, we live in Eastern PA! While researching realtors in the Sparks area who could meet the criteria we set, we were contacted by Aaron...best call we could have ever gotten...he checked all the boxes of what we were looking for! Through this long distance endeavor, Aaron has successfully guided us with his realty experience. When home improvements were needed, Aaron shared referrals that proved reasonable and reliable! He is excellent and fair with getting business done. It was a pleasure to personally meet him on our NV trip to clean out our relative's house. The closing on the house occurred with great timing!! Thank you Aaron!!!
