Susan was a shining light in the stressful process of buying a house. We were initially hesitant about using a realtor to buy out first home because everyone we talked to seemed so pushy, but Susan was the only one that felt like she truly cared. I felt like I'd known her forever. She looked out for us on things I didn't even know we needed. Whenever we had a question about anything, she had an answer almost immediately. When we go to buy our forever home, Susan will absolutely be our first call!

Susan was of a great help from start to end. Her thorough knowledge and experience in real state market, helped our search efforts and purchase of the place we deemed to buy. She was promptly involved and very detailed in all aspects from offering and inspection toward the final closing.

Susan was absolutely phenomenal! I dont even have enpugh great words to express our love for her! She was on-it from the get-go. I contacted her the first day she was referred to us and had a quick conversation about what we were looking for. Within twenty four hours, we had four viewings already set up for the very next day. We are first time home buyers, so honestly, we didn't know the ins and outs or what to even truly look for in a house. Susan was wonderful at explaining how the process works and what kind of things we should be concerned with each house that we viewed. We never felt pressured towards a certain house. Susan really wanted us to find something that was perfect for us. Her warm energy definitely made this process easier than I ever expected. She was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. But if we ever came across an issue or a question that she didn't have the answer to already, she was diligent in getting the answer very quickly. Susan is the best! She turned an intimating process into a joyful and stress free experience. We are beyond grateful to have had her help purchase our first home, and I have already recommended her to everyone I know who is thinking of selling or buying a new home.

She was a great person and kind to my kids she is hard working and helped us buy and look for houses and pick the best one she was easy to work with and we hope to work with her again if we sell our house what we are thinking of doing
