EXP Realty LLC

Sylvio has been extremely helpful in my home buying journey! Purchasing your first home can be daunting for anyone, but Sylvio's has made my whole experience a simple process. His customer service is unmatched! Sylvio has easily exceeded all my expectations!

The best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful! I highly recommend Sylvio! Even months after he got us our dream home he checked up on us like we were family.

Sylvio and his team are extremely professional. Providing all the information I requested and more! Very thankful for their business.

Sylvio is AMAZING! He definitely goes above and beyond for his clients! Helping set & stage the house, what we need to do to get it sold asap and will host as many open houses as he possibly can. I was so happy when our house sold 10k over asking! He was patient with me and walked me through the entire process step by step. I am so thankful we used him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
