eXp Realty, LLC-Norther Branch

Tonya Lee is an absolutely phenomenal realtor! She only helped me sell my home for top dollar, she even helped me connect with an agent in another state to buy a new home. Tonya treated me better than family. Anytime I had a question or concern, Tonya was always there to take my phone call during the whole process. What a Godsend it was working with Tonya.

Dave is a true professional and I can't recommend him enough. He helped me find a property to buy and sorted out quite the complicated situation to craft a win-win scenario for everyone involved. Dave went the extra mile to sort out a tricky insurance claim with the seller after a few months of back and forth! Through it all, he kept me updated at all times, set the right expectations with all parties, and engineered a successful closing for everyone. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks a bunch Dave!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience working with Tonya.

Tonya was such a joy to work with. She went above and beyond to make our home buying process go as smooth as possible. I 100% recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

Shannon worked tirelessly for us and was fantastic to work with. He spent a considerable amount of time helping us get the house ready, worked with us to ensure we had adequate internet presence, hosted countless Open Houses and went above and beyond. Highly recommend him!
