We purchased a home in the Charlotte area on a military move across the country and she served as our eyes, ears, and noses. Melissa perfectly balanced helping us find what we were looking for against honest assessments and her gut instinct. There are agents just trying to aEURoeyes-manaEUR? their clients, and there are those who feel a true fiduciary duty to their clients, and Melissa is the latter. She repeatedly went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected from a realtor (including signing for my wifes car when it arrived a day before advertised when we werent yet in town). Melissa is awesome! She is a go-getter who was always advocating for us as her clients. She is super organized, very responsive, and always wanted what is was best for us. She was calm and fearless in working with the buyer's agent to resolve issues that arose with the sale of our house. She always seemed to be one step ahead of everyone else in the room! It was fun to work with her and feel like she went above and beyond to help us get the contract and get the deal closed! We will use her in the future and have already referred a friend of ours to her.

No words can explain how much Melissa and Nathan have helped me the last year or so. Nathan helped us purchase our home in 2025 and did all the negotiating (which is wonderful because it's one of my least favorite things to do). He walked us through the entire process, and it was seamless. It was a great experience. Melissa helped us to sell our house over the last few months.
