Great experience working with Peter to find the right home for our family! Him and his wife were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to show us properties.

It hAs been a true pleasure working with Peter. He found my unicorn property and has gone, what I think, is above and beyond the call for a realtor. We finally managed to see the property. It was raining and he had me drive behind him so I can get use to driving the road. He was even equipped to protect 4 women from wild life. And himself of course. He has been available to all of my questions even after the sale. Extremely helpful and full of knowledge.

Peter has gone above and beyond to meet our needs as his clients. We had many, many questions which he answered or found the answers for us. E are so grateful for his help! If you are looking for a realtor in the Missoula area, we highly recommend Peter.

We first contacted Peter in April, 2021 re: a property in MT. We had visited the state back in 2020, and were in the market for a vacation home. We live in Houston, TX, so the purchase was going to be from out of state, basically sight unseen. Peter provided us with video walk throughs, and beaucoups patience in helping us realize our goal. After many offers, and many declines, we put forth a bid that was accepted in November, 2021. Peter was instrumental in bringing this sale to fruition, largely through liaising with the sellers agent (the property was held in a trust), which proved essential in keeping the financing moving at a rapid clip, and demonstrating our good faith. These are both critical needs when attempting a conventional loan for a property purchase in a hot market where cash, and a 10 day closing are king. So, we are now the proud owners of a lovely property on the Clark Forth River. Thank You, Peter Hagestad!

Best agent I have ever worked with; friendly, diligent, proactive. Mine was a low-dollar, thus low-commission deal, and had some problems. Things dragged on for a while, but he worked through it as if he had no other going on. If I ever do another deal in his area I will most definitely engage him again.
