I was a first time home buyer when I contacted Jacques to assist me in my purchase. Not only did he go out of his way to show me homes in my area, which were not within his jurisdiction, he advised me on negotiating with the owner and lenders. We stayed in touch on a daily basis until the final papers were signed. I was impressed with his ability to locate homes within my area, my price range and the style I was looking for. I also was impressed with his expertise in home structures and was educated by Jacques on a number of things to look for in a home. I never felt like he pushed me into settling so he could make the sale. He ensured my happiness before pursuing any offers and also gave me insight on incentives and entitlements I was allowed to request as a prospective home buyer.
