He told me prior to closing that the buyer was interesed in purchasing a loveseat and a complete twin bedroom suite. I advised him I would sell the loveseat for $150 and the suite for $150. When I moved out, I left those items behind. I was never informed that the buyer did not want the loveseat. He also added additional coverage costing $60 under the Home Warranty which he said he would reimburse me at the time of closing, 11/30/16. He not only has NOT reimbursed the I am owed, but also has not had the decency to respond to any e-mails. I feel he owes me the $60 plus the cost of the loveseat ($150) for a total of $210. Up until this point I was happy with him as a realtor, but I'm completely disappointed with his lack of respect for me as his client.
