He let me have input on the description of the house on the posting as I know the house better than anyone. The result was a house purchase contract within two days and a seamless closing.As an added bonus, I needed ceiling repair before listing and he sent over a wonderful man who completed the work on my house in an hour or so. He was originally expected to be working on Scott's own house.
