I am a licensed agent myself, but listed my inherited rental property with Brittany when she drove up to talk to me while I was working on the home. I could tell she was motivated and a hard worker so I put my property in her hands. I was not disappointed. Brittany worked hard and communicated consistently, even held an ice cream social for the neighborhood on Valentine's Day! Brittany is creative, professional, knows her market well, and remained calm even while we dealt with a very troublesome buyer & her unprofessional agent. We sold the house twice to the first buyer, then the 3rd contract we closed with a 2nd buyer. During the entire process I cannot say enough great things about Brittany. She is patient, resourceful, dedicated and a top notch professional, probably the best I've ever met. Her services went above and beyond commission paid.

We were looking to buy a home and chose Brittney as our agent. When we found a short sale Brittney went above and beyond to make sure we had the best transaction you could expect from purchasing a short sale from another listing agent. She was there for us the whole way; informing us of what to expect and never leaving us uninformed. Being a real estate agent in a highly competitive market is tough. Brittney takes on this challenge and excels at what she does. Without hesitation I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Brittany was always quick to respond to any and all of my questions. If she didn't have an immediate answer she would make the appropriate calls and then provide me a quick reply. She helped me sell my home in 3 days. I couldn't have ever imagined how simple she could make it.

Brittney was professional and made me feel I was in good hands the entire time my house was for sale. From the listing to the closing she kept me informed of my situation. Her market knowledge was second to none which enabled me to get more than what I was originally thinking. My house was marketed so well it made me almost take it off the market because I liked it and wanted to keep it. Process was so smooth and I will recommend Brittney to anyone.

We met Britney Guadagnoli at a open house in Leesburg, we weren't sure we wanted to sign the deal right at that moment but wanted to look around at a few more houses. Britney was nice enough to take us around with very short notice showIng us many more houses until We made a decision on the very first house we met her at in Leesburg. Brittany made sure that all of our Questions were answered correctly so that we were comfortable with the decision we had made. Our closing was as smooth as can be thanks to Brittany helping us with all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Brittany Guadagnoli she was very genuine helpful and knowledgeable about every home we looked at in Surrounding areas and Leesburg.Great person to work with and will again in the future ...
