Beginning simply with a dream to own property in Estes Park, and personally not being super savvy as to what the process and timeline might ultimately be, Nicole provided rock-solid guidance and always with utmost kindness and professionalism. Nimbly navigating twists and turns along the journey, Nicole and her team were always upbeat, and super responsive -- always available at a moment's notice. It was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with Nicole and the Alpine Legacy team.

I have had the pleasure of working with Alison, Joy, and Nicole, and I can honestly say they are an exceptional team of real estate professionals. They demonstrate unparalleled knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients. Each member of the team takes time to listen carefully to their client's needs, ensuring that every decision made is aligned with their goals. What sets them apart is not just their expertise in the market, but their ability to understand the personal circumstances that come with buying or selling a home. They provide thoughtful advice, have incredible responsiveness to questions, and guided clients through every step of the process with confidence. Alison, Joy, and Nicole are a truly dedicated and hardworking group of people who take immense pride in what they do. It's clear that they are not only committed to getting results but also to ensuring their clients feel supported, respected, and informed. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable real estate group!

Our buying experience with Alison was excellent. Throughout the process, Alison, was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Her knowledge of Estes Park realestate was very beneficial and her ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. I highy recommend Alison.

In the fall of 2020, we were desirous of purchasing a home in Estes Park. Real Estate agent Alison Gilbert was referred to us by a trusted friend. Alison was very knowledgeable about the market conditions, trends and available homes for sale. A professional and informative packet was prepared for us which we utilized during our physical viewing of homes. With Alisons assistance, we made an informative decision and purchased our new home. We were very satisfied with the whole experience, very happy with our purchase and would recommend Alison Gilbert. Gregory Trahan and Julie Mayerhofer
