Jenny contacted us in March of 2011 when we were looking to sell and buy a home. We first wanted to try and sell the house "by owner" to save some money,so in the mean time Jenny was helping us look for a new home. We found "the one" while excepting an offer on the home we were selling. We then put our offer in on the house we found, and it was excepted also. In order for us to make a new purchase,we had to have our house sold first. Jenny went above and beyond to make this go as smooth as possible since she was also the buyers agent for the buyer for the home we were selling. It turned out,the buyer for our home couldn't make the purchase,so therefore,we could't buy the home we wanted and it sold to someone else. In May of 2012 we then decided to let Jenny sell our house,within 48 hours, we had an offer. They offered full asking price. A few weeks later, Jenny called with unexpected news,the house we tried to purchase just months prior,went back on the market! July 2012, our house sold and we were moving into the house that was meant for us! Jenny was determined to get us that house,and she did! If I ever need to sell or buy again, Jenny would be the first person I would turn to. Thank you again Jenny Bronk!
