We ended up building a house but she was much a part of that process as well. She guided us through the entire selling and buying process. Jenny was very responsive and prompt whether it was via email, text or a phone call. She would get back to us in a timely manner on all of our questions and welcomed any question we had especially since it was our first time selling and building. Jenny is very customer service orientated, listened well and was quick to learn what we wanted in a home. As we toured houses, she provided her feedback based on her experience and what she knew we liked which helped us see things that we wouldnt have otherwise noticed. For example, she helped us to recognize the positives even if a home needed work, condition of roofs, driveways, and basements. ZillowVERIFIED Jenny contacted us in March of 2011 when we were looking to sell and buy a home. We first wanted to try and sell the house "by owner" to save some money,so in the mean time Jenny was helping us look for a new home. We found "the one" while excepting an offer on the home we were selling. We then put our offer in on the house we found, and it was excepted also. In order for us to make a new purchase,we had to have our house sold first. Jenny went above and beyond to make this go as smooth as possible since she was also the buyers agent for the buyer for the home we were selling. It turned out,the buyer for our home couldn't make the purchase,so therefore,we could't buy the home we wanted and it sold to someone else. In May of 2012 we then decided to let Jenny sell our house,within 48 hours, we had an offer. They offered full asking price. A few weeks later, Jenny called with unexpected news,the house we tried to purchase just months prior,went back on the market! July 2012, our house sold and we were moving into the house that was meant for us! Jenny was determined to get us that house,and she did! If I ever need to sell or buy again, Jenny would be the first person I would turn to. Thank you again Jenny Bronk!

ZillowVERIFIED my employer asked me to re-locate to another state, i was hesitant of the task of selling my home in a down market. but jenny's appraoch was amazing! all angles were covered in the marketing of the property, internet,local ads,social media,open houses,private showings..every option i could think of and she had more. she helped us "prep" the house for photo's and arranged everything. our house sold in 21 days while not typical i believe it was due to her approach and dedication, all the way through to the closing. i highly recomend her if your looking for a professional.
