eXp Realty, LLC

Ive had the pleasure of working with Rob since purchasing my first home in 2020. More recently, he helped us sell that same home and purchase our new one. We chose Rob again because of his knowledge, honest and upfront advice, strategic negotiation, and guidance throughout the entire process. Hes never pushy and is always patient and willing to show you as many homes as it takes until you find the right one. His network of trusted lenders, home inspectors, foundation professionals, and other experts is also top-tier. Having access to these professionals throughout the process makes a huge difference and gives you confidence that youre making the right decisions. Thanks again, Rob! We truly appreciate everything and look forward to working with you on our next home.

Rob did an amazing job helping us sell our home. He is knowledgeable about the market and is an expert on marketing. One of the best realtors weve ever had.

Rob did an outstanding job with helping us buy our home. He was very patient with us, and did everything we asked and went above and beyond our expectations. He not only was our realtor, but is now a family friend.

Rob and I have been working together for about a year trying to find the right house in the right location. We put him through the wringer because we just couldnt figure out what we wanted, but he was patient and helped guide me in the right direction to really hone in on what we really wanted. Rob is punctual and quick on his feet, making sure we had plenty of houses to look at in a short period of time. I highly recommend Rob and Becky Sandefur!

Rob and Becky are wonderful to work with as they are total professionals. They helped us sell our house during a stressful relocation move out of state. Always available to answer questions and prompt with any updates. I highly recommend them for your next move.
