I had unsuccessfully tried selling my house a year prior and took it off the market. Following a divorce, I reconsidered selling it againaEUR"only this time, I would be living in another state. I reached out to Aundrea and immediately noticed how responsive and accommodating she was. Aundrea and her team went above and beyond while I was 19 hours away: they helped me find a house cleaner, recommended the perfect stager to fill my home with beautiful furniture for photos (shout out to Sarah at Get Sarahfied :), adjusted the temperature of my home, changed the batteries in a chirping smoke detector, made sure there were no water leaks from my sprinkler system, alerted me when my fence needed fixing, and found an electrician who provided affordable services. Aundrea was always so quick to explain my best options while allowing me to openly express my concerns. I fully trust Aundrea and her team and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home out of state. I am deeply grateful for all she has done for me and my family in helping close this chapter in my life. Aundrea did a great job finding a house for us. Aundrea first showed us around last November to see what Belton is like. She also does great Utube videos showing Belton/Temple and homes (I watch every one). She did a great job showing several homes, over multiple days, once we were ready to buy. Kept us informed through out the closing process.
