Travis and his team did an amazing job working with an out of state seller!! Was always a step ahead of what was needed and kept me informed of the schedule views and included me in the feedback received. The majority of the repairs needed were arranged by his team and he did the follow up and made sure the repairs done met expectations. On my end, I was very grateful that someone else was keeping an eye out for me!

My sister and I recently had the pleasure of working with Travis and his team in selling our mother's house in Anchorage. We were very anxious before we started this process in getting it sold (and hopefully quickly), but after our first meeting with Travis, we walked out the door with a huge sigh of relief knowing we were going to be taken care of. Travis was knowledgeable, calming to our stressed nerves, and provided us with quick input when needed and kept me in the loop also (I live in South Carolina). We had a group text and email exchanges so I always knew what was going on. We also needed to have repair work done from the inspection findings and Travis found the right people to do the work so we didn't have to stress over that. I highly recommend using Travis McGrann as a realtor!

From start to completion, Tavis could do everything that we needed! A consummate professional with the knowledge to back it up. This was our second transaction of both buying and selling through his expert guidance, and he made both easy on us and very smooth. We would use him again and strongly recommend his expertise, skills, and services to anyone wanting to buy / sell / build or other similar real estate transaction. As an aside, he and his spouse have become trusted friends

As a first time homebuyer I was going into this process with not a lot of knowledge. Travis was great when it came to explaining things and being easy to reach whenever I had questions. He made the whole process feel smooth and as stress free as possible.

Travis was fantastic to work with, very personable and professional. He had excellent timing, suggestions and really knows his stuff! I highly recommend Travis for any of your housing needs whether buying or selling a house, he knows the market place.
