Angela McCurdy was able to sell our beautiful one plus acre Markham Woods corridor home smoothly and within three months all was done even in the down market of 2011. She quickly had several open houses for agents and buyers. The photographs she placed on-line were amazing and as we were building a new home her advice was spot on in helping us with that also. Angela knew we needed to sell before we got to drywall at the new house construction. We had a buyer for our Markham home and the negotiations got rather intense. Angela was always on our side and was also giving us needed real life advice since this was the first home we sold. She was quickly responsive to all of our texts, calls and questions (and we had a lot) and comforted and calmed us throughout this big process. Her knowledge of this high end area of central Florida and this level of homes (300,000. to 450,000. range) was excellent. I would absolutely use her again in a heartbeat!

Recently we closed on a house in the Orlando, Florida area, and couldn?t be happier with the home. This isn?t our first house, but it definitely was the easiest experience due to Brooke Green and Team Schroth. Looking for houses from out of state is no easy feat, but Brooke is an amazing real estate agent and had a lot of houses that matched our criteria lined up and we were able to put an offer on a house within a weekend and closed in a month. Even before physically looking for houses, Brooke followed up with us consistently to check on our progress in our move and sent us houses that fit what we asked for and in the area we wanted. Upon meeting Brooke, we knew right away she was the right agent for us. She was friendly and outgoing as well as attentive to our needs and extremely knowledgeable of the area. She listened to what we asked for and didn?t try to push anything on us. Once we went under contract Brooke worked to get the home inspection done incredibly fast and worked with us to help get a few things fixed by the seller. She was always responsive and even if she couldn?t take a call right away, she would follow up incredibly fast. She was always upfront and honest and didn?t try to influence our decisions, but was supportive and informative, so that we could make the best decisions. If you are looking for a home in the Orlando area, I would definitely recommend Brooke Green and Team Schroth. Brooke knows what she is doing and will help you find the home of your dreams like she did for us. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
