Freeman was a pleasure to work with from the start. When he first introduced himself and provided his professional opinion on the value of my home, he was not pushy or salesy. I informed him that I had promised my husband not to sign anything that evening, so we needed two weeks to complete some minor tasks before listing. He was understanding, kept in touch with our progress, and offered assistance if needed. Following his advice, we listed the house on the optimal day for maximum value, and within 48 hours, a couple showed interest and ultimately purchased our home. My husband met Freeman for the first time on the day of closing and remarked, "I can see why you chose him." He appreciated their conversations about our new home build and the helpful suggestions Freeman offered for our new journey.

I've never worked with an Agent prior to this experience, but I'm beyond grateful that I got to work with Freeman during my first home-buying process. The man has the word free and light in his name...I thought, "how could I go wrong"? He was great from beginning to end! Things didn't go so well with the original lender that I chose, but he stepped in and made arrangements...got us with the right person, and got everything taken care of. Even left gifts after closing, which was unexpected!!! Definitely choose this guy if you're ever interested in making a purchase in an area he covers. Personable, for sure, protective, and makes you feel like family!

Freeman did an amazing job with helping us buy our first house. His communication skills and listening skills were outstanding.
