We moved from Portland to Astoria - a big move for us. We were nervous (and excited) and knew nothing about the Astoria market. What we found out quickly is that in this smallish town, businesses and professionals aren't so quick to get back to inquiries - a shame. Leigh got back to us quickly, and was always a responsive & enjoyable communicator, from that first day until the end of our sale. Despite some troubles we had in the transactions (both an inexplicably denied offer and a VERY long loan funding with multiple issues) Leigh was able to work with the listing agents (and thus the sellers) and keep things calm, cool and collected. We also appreciated the way that Leigh made us feel like part of the family, and the town, so that when we moved in we already felt like locals. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone.
