My fiancA(C) and I began our first time home buying journey with no idea how we would be able to financially afford purchasing a house. Paul put us at ease right away by explaining his experience working with first time home buyers who were in similar financial situations. Paul has a great working relationship with our home loan consultant who he connected us with. This helped relieve a lot of our anxiety and allowed us to focus on finding the perfect home. While searching for a home we were in communication with Paul on a consistent basis. He was always quick to respond to us no matter the day or time. Paul e-mailed us listings of prospective homes on a daily basis. When we wanted to view a home Paul would quickly set up a viewing that worked with our schedules. We appreciated that Paul encouraged us to send him listings of homes we found online that caught our eye. Paul never pressured us to rush into anything we were uncomfortable with. We could tell that Paul wanted what was best for us as a couple. Throughout the home buying process Paul kept us up to date and informed. Paul was always available to talk with us and answer our questions or address any concerns we had. We are now completely moved into our first home and we couldn't be happier.
