David is the best real estate agent. He went above and beyond his duties to help me. He provided all the information I needed and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. PLEASE READ. This review is not indicative of any knowledge, expertise or skills as an agent. I originally toured a property David was the agent for in Charlotte in mid January and met him in person. My soon-to-be roommate and I applied on Zillow in mid February, per David's request. At that time, we were the only ones to tour the home. David and I were texting back and forth, as he informed us when we met that the owner was flexible and possibly willing to negotiate the listing price. I took him up on that and he got the owner to agree on a price, so we applied. David and I had sent a couple messages back and forth when I saw that the home had been rented and was no longer available. Fortunately, we had backup options while waiting the 10+ days to hear anything after the application was submitted and have since found a new place to live. I calmly expressed my feelings regarding the lack of communication and transparency and how we felt like we were misled when we were told that the place was basically ours. As this was our first Zillow application experience, we weren't entirely sure how the timeline and process worked. I'm not accusing David of any wrongdoing throughout the process, I simply wanted some clarification as to how we went from the place being ours and allegedly being the first ones to apply, to radio silence, then it being off the market. My roommate left an honest review detailing his/our experience. The couple of Zillow chat messages quickly escalated beyond what we expected. I'm guessing it was in response to the review that was left, but David called both of our phones multiple times shortly after and texted us with some rather threatening messages. The tone was highly unprofessional and intimidating, implying that he knows where we live (and presumably was going to come after us), using personal information that he had access to against us. The behavior was completely unacceptable and inappropriate. I was only in David's company for roughly 15 minutes, and I did not get a sense that he had any issues or made me uncomfortable. Given the nature of the threatening texts and aggressive reaction to one negative yet honest review, him having my address was highly concerning. Again, he may be a good agent, but this behavior should be known and not taken lightly. Just a consideration for others when working with him and a future property hes managing, please be cautious.

Rachel is awesome! She works tirelessly as an agent and knows how to really represent her client. I would highly recommend her to represent anyone buying or selling real estate!
